Chris Dalrymple is a Sheffield-based Non-Executive Director, mentor, and angel investor focused on helping founders start and scale businesses. In 2019, he co-founded Mina, an EV charging B Corp, raising over £6m and building a platform that managed EV charging for some of the UK's biggest businesses before exiting to Corpay in 2023. He spent over 15 years working across retail, automotive, travel, and technology sectors, developing a practical understanding of scaling operations, teams, and commercial models.
Chris now co-leads Trove, a consultancy he co-founded, where he works hands-on with early-stage and scaling founders on validation, strategy, and execution. He also serves as a Non-Executive Director for startups and scale-ups, supporting leadership teams through growth and transition.
